You can attend at different times, or one of you may wish to attend a clinic in a different part of the country.
We even offer Saturdays and Sundays and express processing for your convenience.
The fees shown here are to be added to the basic DNA test cost.
Peace of mind tests
When you make an appointment, we require a £20 deposit.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be given.
If you give us less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend, there is no refund. In the unlikely event that we cannot keep the appointment, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid.
Separate appointments
Our fees assume that all those involved will attend at the same time. If you wish to attend two different appointments we require a deposit for each appointment as follows:
Paying the Balance
In all cases the full balance is payable at the session (or last session if more than one).
When you make an appointment for a Court Approved test, we require a £69 deposit.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be given. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, there is a £49 refund.
If you attend a Court Approved test but fail to provide all the necessary ID then the session cannot go ahead. There is no refund in this case.
Separate appointments
As with peace of mind tests, if you wish to attend different appointments for a Court Approved test there is a £50 supplement.
A £69 deposit is required for each appointment and is subject to the refund policies detailed above.
