You can use your own camera or phone (of at least 3 megapixels) and upload the image to Picture Lizard who offer a guaranteed approved passport photo service.

• The photos should be printed on normal photographic paper and should be 45 mm x 35 mm in size.
• The photo should show a close up of the participant’s head and shoulders so that their face covers 65-75% of the photo.
• It should be taken against an off-white, cream or light grey

For Court Approved tests, each test participant must provide two identical photos, which have been taken in the last month.

 

Suitable photographs can be obtained from automatic photo booths located in some railway stations, post offices and shops.

 

For very young babies, it may be easier to ask a photo processing shop to take their passport approved picture.

• The photo must be of the applicant on their own, with no other people, toys or dummies visible. It must show their full face, looking straight at the camera, with a neutral expression, with their mouth closed.
